PODCAST MASTERLIST

HELLO. I haven’t written a blog post in a minute BUT one of my good friends, Christie (who just opened an amazing pilates studio called Ascend in San Diego) inspired me to write a podcast rec post. THIS IS A MASTERLIST that I will be updating over time as my list grows!

I want to share some I listen to regularly and also a few pods that I’ve listened to here and there (whether they’ve been discontinued or are on their off season). I’ve broken them down into categories below.

MOTIVATION / ENTREPRENEURSHIP / BUSINESS

EVERYTHING IS THE BEST WITH PIA BARONCINI - I love Pia so much — my fav episodes are the ones with her husband because they do a Q&A about relationships..one of my favorite topics

THE SKINNY CONFIDENTIAL HIM & HER PODCAST - This is a no brainer. Lauryn &Michael raised me. There I said it.

ON PURPOSE WITH JAY SHETTY - Jay’s voice is so soothing and he is such an amazing interviewer !!

FRIEND OF A FRIEND - I love this pod - Olivia Perez is such a great host + interviews one of my fav trainers (Joe Holder) who she’s also close friends with. Such a great entrepreneurial pod.

SELF HELP / WELLNESS

ALMOST 30 - Ok so this could be in the biz category TOO, but I feel like it fits more wellness. I’ve listened to this (and have gone on their tour lmfao) for years. 10/10.

FITNESS + MORE SCIENCE BACKED

HUBERMAN LAB - This one is GOOD. On the longer side and definitely more science focused. I love the episodes about Alcohol and Optimizing Sleep

TRAINED - NIKE - This pod is amazing — I haven’t listened to it in a while, but when I did it was the older episodes with Ryan Flaherty who was an amazing host. Def check it out

“LIKE YOU’RE HANGING OUT WITH YOUR FRIEND” / ENTERTAINMENT

CALL HER DADDY - This took me a while to get into because pre-solo Alex Cooper BUT I love who Alex has been interviewing lately. COUGH Hailey Bieber COUGH. I would die for her

NOT SKINNY BUT NOT FAT - I love this pod mostly because Amanda interviews the Kardashians. That is all.

ABSOLUTELY NOT - HEATHER MCMAHAN IS MY FAV.

GIGGLY SQUAD - My love for them originated from Summer House…which speaking of I cannot wait for Winter House.

TRUE CRIME

CRIME JUNKIE !!!! This is one of my favs. Their storytelling abilities are insane. I love a long drive (like roadtrip @ nighttime kinda vibe with Crime Junkie on. SO GOOD. The stories are A LOT, but the hosts help bring justice to victims and their families <3

CRIMINAL - This one is my second fav — I haven’t listened to it as frequently, but I found it years ago and got into it.

RELIGION/GOD PODS LOL.

Elevation with Steven Furtick - I am a JESUS GURL. I love these sermons so much - yes I cry during them all don’t @ me.
